GSAP Frameworks
Manage GSAP initialization, scoping and teardown in Vue, Nuxt, Svelte and related frameworks.
Features
- Initialize animation when the DOM is mounted and respect framework update cycles.
- Restore styles and remove listeners on unmount to prevent cross-page leftovers.
When to use it
Useful for Vue and Svelte page transitions, dynamic blocks and server-rendered apps.
Before you start
Requires a working frontend project and GSAP. Installing this Skill does not add animation dependencies to your app; the GSAP runtime and plugins have their own license.
Usage example
Follow this illustrative workflow, replacing file names and goals with your own project details.
Add disposable animation to a Vue component
- What to prepare
- A Vue component, its state update model and route configuration.
- Workflow
- Initialize after mount, use the updated DOM state and restore on unmount.
- Expected deliverables
- Lifecycle-aware animation code and route-switching checks.
