GSAP Plugins
Choose GSAP plugins such as Flip, Draggable and SplitText, with registration, lifecycle and restoration checks.
Features
- Select plugins for layout transitions, dragging, text splitting or SVG animation.
- Check plugin registration and disposal to avoid duplicate text wrappers and stale listeners.
When to use it
Useful for filtered-layout transitions, draggable interfaces and advanced text motion; add only required runtime dependencies.
Before you start
Requires a working frontend project and GSAP. Installing this Skill does not add animation dependencies to your app; the GSAP runtime and plugins have their own license.
Usage example
Follow this illustrative workflow, replacing file names and goals with your own project details.
Smooth a filtered portfolio layout
- What to prepare
- An existing portfolio grid, category filters and stable item identifiers.
- Workflow
- Capture pre-change positions with Flip and animate after the DOM update, keeping empty results and repeated filters usable.
- Expected deliverables
- Layout transitions, plugin cleanup and checks for empty results and rapid switching.
